Google Has Today Acquired Admob and Gizmo5

Google has bought $750 million in stock for Admob a contextual ad serving network which is perfect for monetizing free mobile applications on a variety of phones including the iphone. The news about this purchase by Google has become very widespread but it has also been reported by TechCrunch that Google has also bought Gizmo5 for $30 million cash.
Gizmo5 is a VoIP service let allows you to dial a call through your computer and will undoubtedly become a key component in the expansion of Google talk and Google Voice. It seems that Gizmo5 will be what combines Google Talk & Google Voice into 1 product which could become a huge competitor for a Skype computer.
